June 13, 2014 - Iowa - Free Internet at the Hwy Rest Area
Finally, I found the Hwy. Rest Area which has Free Internet Access, and Free RV dumping station...
I was driving up far west side of the Iowa, and found that all the Iowa freeway rest area has free internet access; even though speed is not fast but good enough for checking the email or social networking stuffs.
That is very kind for the travellers, what do you think?
Yes, I got the free rv waste dumping at the rest area too. The gray and black tank had not been dumped for a week, so it was good for me. Usually, dumping cost at the private place is 5-10 dollars.
I could say that Iowa Hwy. Rest Area is the best... ha ha ha
There is a famous scenic byway going up side by side with Interstate 29. It starts at the Omaha and ends at the Sioux City.
The scenic road is showing what the rural area of the Iowa is. Very clean and curve by curve; actually it is famous for the motocyclists, and little traffics except some farming equipments traffics.
Riding the bike on this road would be very fun, with car it's OK for slow driving to see the surrounding scenery.
Recently, I don't have much opportunity to get into the real rural or forest area but am having all the fast highway driving for more than a week.
I may have to make more careful road trip plans, but after some driving during the day; in the night, gets tired and wanted to have resting.
And the driving long periods time may give some addiction to it; my personality supports it... ha ha ha
